What You Need To Know Before The Show
Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Weapons are considered to be any item that could endanger public safety. Some examples include: firearms, knives, mace, and chains. Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course reserves the right to refuse entry of any item that could be considered a weapon.
To ensure the safety of our guests, glass bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers, thermoses, and open containers may not be brought into the venue. Exceptions: baby bottles.
Guests may not store their bags or prohibited items at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. Any prohibited items must be disposed of or guests will be directed to take them back to their vehicle.
Large bags are prohibited inside this venue in accordance with event guidelines and security best practices. This includes backpacks, large purses, camera bags, drawstring bags, totes and suitcases.
Hand clutches, wristlets, clear bags, fanny packs and small purses are permitted but are subject to search and must not exceed 5" x 8" x 1".
Exceptions for bags are as follows: A medical equipment bag and/or a parenting needs bag smaller than 14” x 14” x 6” and all exceptions must go through metal detection screening at entry and are subject to physical search.

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There will be designated smoking areas that guests can utilize away from the seating and food & beverage areas of the venue.
Tailgating will only be allowed in the Penn Hero’s Grass Field Parking Lot. Must have valid concert ticket.
Penn Hero’s Grass Field Parking Lot will open to parking one hour prior to doors.
Tailgating will cease at the start of the show (opening act). Venue Security will clear area and direct all to enter concert venue.
Tailgaters must confine to the area within their vehicle's parking space.
Blocking of driving lanes or saving spaces is not permitted.
Aisles and fire lanes must remain clear at all times for emergency response vehicles
No fire pits are permitted. Portable propane units are limited to one pound propane cylinders.
Deep fryers or any oil-based cooking or frying devices are prohibited.

No outside food or beverages allowed. Food and drinks are available inside the venue and casino. No glass allowed.
Re-Entry is not permitted. Ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Audience members are permitted to stand or sit in their seat area during the event. No standing on seats. Keep aisles clear during performance.
The use of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cell phone cameras are permitted. Simple cameras for personal use may be brought into the venue, as long as the camera does not have detachable lenses and the lenses are less than 2.5”x3.0”. The official camera policy may be modified based upon the requests of the tour or performer.
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media channels and website as updates become available. Although very rare, an event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather. Refunds will not be offered if an event starts, or a postponement date is offered. Remember: SAFETY FIRST. Should you leave the venue to take shelter, hold on to your ticket stub for re-entry to the event.

Preferred Parking
Preferred parking is located outside the venue, located inside the grass lots. This can be prepaid or paid the day of the show (prices vary).
For directions, please use: 600 Hollywood Blvd, Grantville, PA 17028 in addition to following the signs & security on property.
Truck/RV Lot Parking
The truck/RV lot will be closed for concert. The alternate parking for Trucks/RVs will be off Fox Run Road in the Racing Parking lot area, near our Bus Entrance. Electronic signs will display with directions and for questions to call 717-469-3466.
GA (Free) Parking
All GA (Free) parking is available in any surface lot or parking garage. We will have a shuttle service running from the Bus Entrance/Eatery location starting at 5:30 PM until the end of the show. Please note that Owners/Elite cardholders and/or Hosted VIPs will receive preference when boarding the shuttle.
