Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Weapons are considered to be any item that could endanger public safety. Some examples include: firearms, knives, mace, and chains. Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course reserves the right to refuse the entry of any item that could be considered a weapon.

To ensure the safety of our guests, glass bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers, thermoses and open containers may not be brought into the venue. Exceptions: baby bottles.

Guests may not store their bags or prohibited items at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. Any prohibited items must be disposed of or guests will be directed to take them back to their vehicle.

The following items are not permitted into Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course: Lawn Chairs, Any bags or backpacks larger than 12"x12"x6", coolers, inflatable items, beach balls, selfie-sticks, laser pointers, signs, banners, flags, umbrellas, glow sticks, spike jewelry, wallet chains, aerosol cans, outside food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages), illegal substances, and professional video or audio recording devices.

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There will be designated smoking areas that guests can utilize away from the seating and food & beverage areas of the venue. 

Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed in the parking lot area. Guests are also not permitted to use deep frying devices, charcoal or gas grills in the parking lot area. 

No outside food or beverages allowed. Food and drinks are available inside the venue and casino. No glass allowed. 

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There will be designated smoking areas that guests can utilize away from the seating and food & beverage areas of the venue. 

The use of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cell phone cameras are permitted. Simple cameras for personal use may be brough into the venue, as long as the camera does not have detachable lenses and lenses are less than 2.5”x3.0”. The official camera policy may be modified based upon the requests of the tour or performer.

Please report any emergencies to the nearest security officer or team member inside the venue.

Audience members are permitted to stand or sit in their seat area during the event. No standing on seats. Keep aisles clear during performance.

All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media channels and website as updates become available. Although very rare, an event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather. Refunds will not be offered if an event starts, or a postponement date is offered. Remember: SAFETY FIRST. Should you leave the venue to take shelter, hold on to your ticket stub for re-entry to the event.
